New Wastewater Clarifiers Built To Meet Wastewater Standards

LANGLEY, Canada - Knelson Engineering and Manufacturing successfully completed the manufacture of three clarifiers for Hi-Tech Environmental of Birmingham, Alabama for the processing of the City of Jasper's (Alberta) wastewater.

The project consisted of one 56' primary sludge thickener and two 56' secondary Hi-Tech "Ultra Sweep" high rate clarifiers, and despite a very aggressive production schedule, was delivered on time.

“This project was designed to process all the wastewater produced by the City of Jasper to meet better than acceptable discharge standards and was sized to accommodate significant increases in population over the coming years,” commented Paul Champagne, KEM Sales Manager.
